Welcome To Our Miss Kansas Volunteer Honeybee Hive!!!
The Miss Kansas Volunteer Pageant is excited to bring forth a “little sister” and mentoring program with our Honeybee Program for kids ages 4-13!
Our Honeybees will be fully integrated into pageant weekend! We will kick off the weekend at the arrival ceremony where each princess will be introduced and receive a special goodie bag for the weekend, from the Miss Kansas Volunteer Board. They will then be the first in line to get autographs from the contestants. The next morning, our honeybees will be invited to have donuts and draw cards for our national partner, St. Jude’s Hospitals with the contestants before walking down to the “carnival” themed event. After the carnival, the littles will have some rehearsal time before being released back to their parents for time to explore and enjoy Leavenworth’s rich history. The night will end with a Pizza and Pajama party, at the Home2Suites. Sunday, the honeybees will have another brief rehearsal time, before princess crowning and the opportunity to experience the magic of being on the BIG STAGE, during the pageant.
The entry fee for a 2026 Honeybee Princess is $175 and will cover the cost of the weekend’s activities, the official Miss Kansas Volunteer princess crown, t-shirt, special gifts and the pizza party while in attendance. Your princess will have a blast and we hope you join our sisterhood today! (Please note that parent tickets to the arrival ceremony, carnival event and pageant are not included and will go live September 1st through EventBrite)
